Postdoctoral Scholars
We are recruiting Research Fellow all year round. Funding for various postdoctoral opportunities is available on a rolling basis. Current funding is available for projects related to spatial omics, digital pathology and drug response prediction. If you are interested our research, you are encouraged to send an inquiry and CV to Dr. Wang Chen.
Research Technician
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Bioinformatics from an accredited University or College, or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and profile data as a means to address various bioinformatics problems through leveraging advanced data modeling, source system databases, or data mining techniques
- Experience with data analysis, quality, and profiling, including data exploration tools including but not limited to Python, Tensorflow, Pytorch, QuPath.

Direction
We are part of the Department of Quantitative Health Sciences at Mayo Clinic. The lab is located on the Rochester downtown campus on the 7th floor of the Harwick building. Card access is required for entry to building.
